What services do you offer as a Notary Public? I provide general notary services, including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, power of attorney forms, loan documents, real estate closings, and more. Each signing is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Do you offer mobile notary services? Yes! I offer mobile notary services for your convenience. I can travel to homes, offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, or any agreed-upon location to complete your notarization.

How does your mobile service fee work? My mobile notary fee depends on driving distance and time of day. A base travel fee is applied for local appointments, with additional mileage charges for longer distances. You'll receive an upfront quote before your appointment -- no hidden fees.

What do I need to bring to my appointment? You'll need a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) and the unsigned documents that need notarization. Please do not sign any documents until the notary instructs you to do so.

Can you notarize documents for family members? To maintain impartiality, I cannot notarize documents for immediate family members where a personal or financial interest exists. However, I can recommend another notary if needed.

Do you accept walk-ins or appointments only? I primarily work by appointment to ensure availability and prompt service. Same-day or urgent requests may be accommodated depending on my schedule -- please call or text for quick scheduling.

What forms of payment do you accept? I accept cash and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service, including any applicable travel fees.

Are you able to notarize documents after regular business hours or on weekends? Yes, I offer after-hours and weekend appointments for your convenience. Additional fees may apply for evening or holiday appointments.
